Returns & Exchanges Policy

You may return your goods for an exchange or full refund within 14 days of receiving them. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Customers are under a duty to take reasonable care of goods whilst in their possession as per The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Please return the item with the original packaging where possible.

To return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please do not return your item until this is authorised as in some circumstances we may need to send a courier to collect. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund or store credit once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please note failure to submit a returns request in this way may result in a delay in processing any exchange or refund.

We offer a FULL no quibble exchange policy, but are not responsible for return shipping costs if you simply want to exchange an item.

You will receive your refund within 30 days from cancelling the order or returning goods, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.

Shipping rates are per order. Shipping times are 10-14 days on average, however, this is only a guide. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your items. Shipping is by Fedex or UPS. All of our Shipments are Signed for. You will be sent a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

US Customers : You order will be shipped direct from the PleaserUSA Factory, please allow 3-5 days for delivery. If you need to return an Item, you will need to return it to us in the UK though.
