Returned Items MUST be marked as Returned Goods on International shipments.

If you need to return or exchange an item, First, login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please do not return your item until this is authorised as in some circumstances we may need to send a courier to collect. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund or exchange once we've received and processed the returned item.
